Incorporated in 1994, IISI began operations in 1995 and has grown from two employees to eight. Likewise, it has expanded from managing a single program to involvement in multiple programs for a number of markets. Going forward, we are pursuing new opportunities, including the growing area of Alternative Risk Transfer, such as captives and RRGs.

Our ability to provide innovative solutions has its foundation in an eclectic, qualified staff. Our Chief Underwriter has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. In terms of risk management and claims, our Director of Risk Management has an Associate of Risk Management (ARM), and both he and our Claims Manager are licensed Adjusters. Underlying these industry-specific strengths are solid in-house financial management skills, which are augmented by accountants that specialize in the insurance industry. Finally, IISI utilizes state-of-the-art computer hardware and software.
